How to log into facility scheduler HCA? ›

To access your HCA 401(k) plan online, visit the Retirement Clearinghouse website and enter your username and password, or use the forgot login feature to reset your credentials. If you don't have login credentials, try registering as a new user.

The Facility Scheduler, presented in a calendar format, provides you with a visual reference for the frequency of the facility tasks pertaining to the reservation.

For your initial log-in, please use your Facility code followed by your employee # as your User ID and password. You will then be prompted to choose a new, unique, password. Create new password as directed, save and enter a password reminder for future reference.
