My new favorite dessert on the planet is Triple Berry Tiramisu! It’s inspired by classic tiramisu, but with a totally new fruity flavor.

This blueberry, raspberry, and strawberry tiramisu is filled with berries, whipped cream, lady fingers, and mascarpone cheese. I even added in a bit of raspberry liqueur in there for an extra kick, and it makes all the difference. This triple berry dessert is so much fun and so easy to make!

This recipe is perfect for Valentine’s Day desserts, your 4th of July menu, or just a special treat for any day. I love how fresh and fruity it is while still being sweet and indulgent. Yum!

Layered with whipped cream, mascarpone, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and every great thing in between, this dessert was straight up made in heaven. I cannot get enough! It’s so easy to make to since there’s no baking involved!

  1. Fill the bottom of a 9×9 baking dish with the lady fingers (I made 10 on the bottom).
  2. Beat the heavy cream for 3-4 minutes, until soft peaks form.
  3. Then beat in the mascarpone cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar, vanilla, and 2 tablespoons of Chambord. Combine fully and then set mixture aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, stir together the strawberry jam/jelly and the rest of the Chambord.
  5. In a third bowl, combine all of the berries with 1/2 cup of sugar. The fruit should be fully covered in sugar and begin to macerate.
  6. Now to assemble the tiramisu: place a layer of half of the cream mixture on top of the lady fingers, then half of the jam mixture, and half of the berries. Then place another layer of lady fingers, cream, jam, and finally top with the rest of the berries.
  7. Cover the strawberry tiramisu and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Serve this delicious triple berry tiramisu cold. It’s super sweet and creamy. Tastes just as good on hot summer day as it does on a cozy winter evening.

Enjoy this beautiful Blueberry, Raspberry, Strawberry Tiramisu on any holiday. It’s perfect for Valentine’s Day and 4th of July, but would be just as good on Easter or Christmas!

Ingredients

  • 20 soft ladyfingers 165 grams (1 package)
  • cups heavy cream 341 grams
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese 454 grams
  • 1 cup granulated sugar 200 grams, divided
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 4 grams
  • 5 tablespoons Chambord raspberry liqueur 71 grams, divided
  • cup strawberry jam or jelly 227 grams
  • cups sliced fresh strawberries 251 grams
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries 120 grams
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries 85 grams

Recommended Equipment

Instructions

  • Spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

  • Place half of the lady fingers on the bottom of the pan, side by side. I used 10 on the bottom, 2 rows of 5.

    20 soft ladyfingers

  • In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.

    1½ cups heavy cream

  • Beat in the mascarpone, ½ cup sugar, vanilla, and 2 tablespoons Chambord. Mix until fully combined and smooth. Set aside.

8 ounces mascarpone cheese, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 5 tablespoons Chambord raspberry liqueur

  • In a separate small bowl, stir together the jam/jelly and the remaining 3 tablespoons Chambord. Set aside.

⅔ cup strawberry jam or jelly

  • In yet another bowl, mix together all of the fruit with ½ cup sugar. Stir to coat all the fruit; macerating the fruit and allowing some juices to form. Set aside.

1½ cups sliced fresh strawberries, 1 cup fresh raspberries, ½ cup fresh blueberries

  • Start by smoothing half of the cream mixture over the ladyfingers. Use a spatula to smooth out the layer. Top with half of the jam mixture and use a fork to incorporate the jam into the cream. Top with half of the fruit.

  • Repeat the layers, starting with ladyfingers, cream, jam, then fruit.

  • Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours.

  • Serve cold.
