    Hello Chris,

I made your Red White & Blue Glazed Shortcake Cookies this weekend and they are all gone! I doubled the recipe with your easy serving calculator! They were a smash hit! I used a scalloped cutter and a star cutter for the fourth holiday. I made half with lemon extract and the other half with cinnamon extract!

I will be making this super easy and delicious recipe again since I received rave reviews. One friend commented on FB ‘only you would come up with these beautiful gourmet cookies’! I told her I had found the best website that I use all the time and tagged your’s and Scott's website! And, it is the best one out there!

    Thank you!

I am serving my fourth Blueberry Buttermilk Coffee Cake today for a July 5 gathering! It is spectacular. We are fortunate enough to have blueberry bushes and I'm pressed each summer to find innovative and delicious ways to use them. This is now my go-to cake! I think it will freeze well, too. And, I've passed it along to my sister and a friend. Thanks for this one! Sandra
